An Awareness Programme on Nasha Mukti and Narcotic Drug Abuse was organized to educate students about the legal, social, and health consequences of substance abuse.

The session highlighted provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985, including penalties for possession, consumption, trafficking, as well as the legal responsibilities of citizens.

Students were apprised of the role of law enforcement agencies, preventive mechanisms, and rehabilitation measures under Indian law to combat drug abuse. Interactive discussions and case studies further emphasized the serious consequences of violations under the narcotic law.
