In today’s competitive world, one must have thorough knowledge about their profession to excel in their career. We at BSAIL are much focused on the hands-on learning and experience for our students and schedule various legal and corporate visits for them to help them in their both personal and professional development. One such visit was to NCLAT.

Before this visit, students used to think that NCLT and NCLAT were the commensurate courts, but after perceiving the proceeding of NCLAT, they got to know that NCLAT is the appellate tribunal for hearing appeals against the order passed by NCLT(S), Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India, and against the order of National Financial Reporting Authority. Former Judge of the Supreme Court of India and the current chairperson of NCLAT, Hon’ble Justice Ashok Bhushan, guided our students about the proceedings and procedure of NCLAT.
